Placing an Order.

When you place an order we need to know your name, address, credit card details and email address.
Credit card details are only stored up until your card is charged with the amount of your order.
Orders need to be placed by Tuesday 10.00am for same week delivery.
Orders placed after 10.00am will be automatically moved forward to the following week.

Delivery and costs

Farmers Garden will dispatch goods within the schedule displayed for your area.

Orders up to the value of £15 carry a £2 delivery charge.
Orders over £15 we charge a £1 delivery charge.

The status of your order will be advised to you via email the instant it changes.
If you are unhappy with any part of your order including the packaging, presentation, quality, delivery personnel or even doorstep etiquette, please inform us as soon as possible.

Back Orders

We will advise you by email if we are unable to complete your order.
If your original order would have been greater than £15.00 and due to our stock shortages it is not, then we shall only charge the minimum delivery fee.

Payment

We do not process charges for goods that are not ready for dispatch.
All goods must be paid before dispatch.

There will be no contractual obligation between you and Farmers Garden for the supply by it to you of any product until such time as the goods are shipped and your credit card charged.

Any disputes or claims arising from such a contract will be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

Returns Policy

Unfortunately, due to the nature of Organic Products and food stuffs, Farmers Garden are unable to accept returns.
Though we will offer credit on an item/s should the quality not reach the standard you expect.

The final decision to the amount of credit offered, if any, will be entirely at our own discretion.

Prices

Farmers Garden makes every effort to ensure that all prices and product information are as accurate as possible.
There may be a small variation in the price charged compared to the basket value due to a small weight difference.
We will always endeavour to supply exact weights, however, this is not always possible and the total price will always be calculated based on our displayed price per kilogram and the actual weight of produce delivered.
Prices and product availability may be changed without notice.

Security

Our website is secure. Credit card details are not stored online. We use secure SSL encryption systems for all transactions so you can shop in confidence.

Farmers Garden, its owners, employees and representatives disclaim all damages arising from the use of this site or any of the content and information included in the site.

We do not exchange, sell, rent or give away your email address or any other details to other companies.

We also hold details on our computers relating to the information you provide us with on our contact forms. We do this in order to reply to your enquiry.
